I grew up in a Platt Park bungalow and sold my first house two streets from it, in 2015. I have stayed on these streets since, because knowing a block is most of the job.
I price houses on what the street has paid, not on what is listed. I photograph every one twice, at noon and at dusk. I open the door on a Saturday and read every offer with the sellers, terms before price.
I work with a small team I trust, and I answer my own phone. If your house is outside these neighbourhoods, I will tell you who to call instead.
