A 1914 foursquare two blocks from the lake, kept by the same family for thirty-one years and sold now because the children have gone.

Inside

The original oak stair rises from a square hall. The living room faces west and holds the sun until about four; the kitchen was redone in 2021 with a window over the garden. Four bedrooms upstairs, the back one over the yard and the quietest in the house.

The street

South Gaylord is one of the park-side blocks: mature elms, an alley garage, and the lake path at the end of the street.

What to know

The roof was replaced in 2019 and the sewer line scoped this summer; both reports are in the disclosure packet.
