Priced to the street, photographed twice, opened on a Saturday, and sold with every offer read side by side.
Selling an older house is mostly about the first weekend. Here is how I get it right.
Before the sign goes up
I walk the street with you and price on what the last six houses sold for. I write a short list of what to fix, usually paint, light and the front step, and bring the people to do it if you want them.
The first week
Teo photographs the house at noon and at dusk from the same spot. We list on a Thursday and open the door on the Saturday. After that, viewings are private and booked through me.
The offers
I read every offer with you, side by side, terms before price, and tell you which one I think will still be standing at closing.
Who it is for
